powder & pulse recondition systems are not good to solve batteries problem.
After service,If works more then 5yrs, those systems are proper way.
but those systems are not work like that..
because, ….not well cleaned cell.
can cleaning each of 2V cell & test to good results by LCD MONITOR.
also,need very know how to connect each of case & *special way to weld pb +- connector.
EVEN 2-3 yrs not used forklift batteries ,can works up to 80% of new one.
