These inverters are tough, reliable, and easy to repair. I had a FET rail go bad, I got great support, they immediately shipped a fet board, and a control board with updated firmware. I fixed the inverter right on the wall, changed the boards and voila! They even provided me with a return label. They were fast, and the girl on the line was knowledgeable! Very good job outback.
